Dana Edwards - Team St. Louis Coach Dana

Coach Dana Edwards has completed 11 half marathons and 3 full marathons since 2002 and joins Team St. Louis for his second season as Coach. Coach Edwards has completed the Team Challenge experience as a participant twice both with the 2009 Las Vegas Rock ”n” Roll Half Marathon and again in 2010 as a Mentor.

After training with Team Challenge for a year, Coach Edwards was able to improve his finishing time by over 18 minutes.

Team Challenge is a cause that is near to Coach Edwards' heart, as he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 1992 and still takes daily medication. “As one of the 1.4 million affected by IBD, I want to thank you for taking on this challenge.  I relish the opportunity of helping you cross that finish line.”
