Being physically active and living a healthy lifestyle has been one of my passions since I was young. Growing up I participated in soccer and competition dance. After my dance career ended, I stayed active by running and taking long walks to build my endurance. My love for exercise made choosing a major for my bachelor’s degree simple. I graduated with a Kinesiology degree from the University of Minnesota in 2011. During college I completed many 5ks and participated in many philanthropic events. My last semester I completed my first (and definitely not my last) marathon after taking a marathon training course! I’m very excited to coach my first season with Team Challenge as a walk coach. I love helping people reach their goals and do things they never thought they dreamed possible! |
