Coach Jim is a certified level 1 triathlon coach through USA Triathlon. He has been coaching runners and triathletes since 2006. Jim is the founder of 3in1coaching, a triathlon coaching company and has successfully coached numerous athletes to complete triathlons from Sprint to Ironman. Currently, Coach Jim coaches selected athletes for specific races. In addition to coaching endurance athletes, Jim races also. He has completed dozens of triathlons and running races including 9 Ironman triathlons around the globe as well as multiple marathons. Coach Jim’s currently racing calendar includes several marathons culminating in a 50 mile Ultra Marathon at the first of the year.

Coach Teri Campbell

Teri Campbell is a Certified Running Coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), which is designed to promote healthy exercise at all performance levels and all stages of life. She graduated from high school in Alabama where she qualified for the state finals in the 800 meters, 400 meters, and 4x400 meter relay. She was recognized by winning many state, county, and tournament awards in basketball and eventually received an athletic scholarship from Judson College. While at Judson, Teri began coaching intramural sports, volunteered on the athletic committee, and took classes relating to the psychology and sociology of sports. After college, she started participating in local races from 5ks to marathons. She has raised money for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and been a volunteer running buddy for Girls on the Run. Teri runs her own business, Fit 2 a T, LLC, where she trains walkers and runners through individual and group runs. Teri’s top priority is promoting safe exercise for endurance walkers and runners from beginner to advanced levels. In her spare time, Teri enjoys practicing Bikram Yoga, traveling, and watching movies.
