Fundraising Tips
Below are a few great tips on how to fundraise! For more information, tips, and samples come to one of our fundraising clinics held throughout the season.
Great ways to fund raise:
- Get started now!!! The earlier you start, the more you will raise.
- Personalize your webpage - and use it! Click here to log in.
- Contact everyone you know. Even if you have not talked to that friend for a while, it's never too late to reach out to a friendship.
- Donate to yourself. When people know you have made a donation to yourself they will feel more comfortable helping you.
- Ask your family and friends to help you fundraise and get the word out.
- Ask the people you work with for help.
- Take your fundraising letter with wherever you go -- you never know when you'll get an opportunity.
- You will be surprised by how many people will help you with your fundraising goal; you will even receive donations from people you may not know. Just remember to thank them.
- Try a combination of fundraising ideas, including a raffle, a fundraising letter, online fundraising, a party, corporate involvement, etc...
