Coaches
You will have an experienced coach, both Run and Walk, to guide you through your training and help you get to the finish line! Our program is specifically designed for all abilities – from couch potato to experienced marathoner.
Your coach will assess your fitness level, lead practices every Saturday as well as fun "runs" every Monday and Tuesday evening. They will build the training based on your past endurance experience. They will also hold clinics on topics like proper shoes and equipment, nutrition, injury prevention, cross training, and race day preparation that include a variety of professional guest speakers from around the valley.
Our Walk Coach Jill Whitaker, Run Coach Jimmy Edwards, and Assistant Coach Cristina Capannolo all come to us with extensive backgrounds in endurance training and coaching and are passionate about helping you reach your personal goals and fulfill our mission!
